I added one level of decoupage on the central pendant and made two matching sentiments. I used a rich purple glossy DL card as the base and finished with gold peel-off edging.){kind=link}

I used cup178396_168 (Elegant Scallop Edged Shape Template) and a background from cup180950_692 (Patchwork Papers - Pale Shades) to make this card front and then overlaid one of these jewelled hangers.
