Encouragement

Drop a word of kindness,
Into the life of someone today,
Lift their spirits higher and higher,
Make them smile as they go on their way,
For you never know what they've been through,
What path they have had to tread,
Whether the road that they've travelled has been a hard one,
All the tears they might have cried or they've shed,
So just stop for a moment or second,
Share some love, do it right from the heart,
It wont cost you a penny,
But think of all the joy you'll impart.

I know the many tears you've cried,
I know how very hard you've tried,
I know your heart is aching still,
At this moment in time - you feel it always will,
Life some days can be very tough,
There are times when you think, you've had enough,
But I promise you this - it won't last forever,
Around the corner is something better,
So when thoughts are bleak and you're going low,
Acknowledge the feelings - then just let them go,
Say to yourself - I'm moving on,
My live is changing - I am strong,
You will come through this with your head held high,
Secure in the knowledge that life's worth another try.

Light some candles,
Time to unwind,
Things have been troublesome,
To thine own self be kind,
Read a book,
Watch a movie,
Take a walk, enjoy the views,
Appreciate the flowers,
It's a lot you've been through,
I'm here and I'm waiting,
Don't forget to just call,
For we stand by for each other,
Drying tears that may fall.

The lighthouse shines a warning,
To those who are all at sea,
It tells us in the darkness,
This will not always be,
For soon the black will fade away,
Day time will shine on through
Things are always changing,
Life will start anew,
So when you feel the storms of life,
Raging at your door,
Remember there will come a day,
When the tempest will no longer roar.

My heart is there for taking,
It will fall in love once more,
Despite the hurt of breaking,
It will mend and feel adored,
But it will wait awhile before it stirs,

When the storm clouds gather,

When a mountain before your eyes you do see,
Climb it you must before you're set free,

From the moment i first met you i fell in love
Struggles, Bully's and Trauma
Through it all you struggled
Then the word Autism became involved
That word does not describe you
The words My Hero does
You are a fighter and inspire me every day
Your abilities to surprise us is great
Dont write people off because of a "Name"
Its the person enduring this condition who deserves the word Hero

Life is for living,
Is what's said to me,
So don't get upset,
At what might have to be,
Because sometimes in life,
We don't get what we want,
There is an alternative,
That will make you content,
So go face the future,
It will turn out just right,
And remember I'm here for you,
All day or the night.
