I printed this sheet off on quality photo paper and cut out. I cut each panel out and mounted it on to pink card and the cut around it leaving a boarder, then again on my purple card front.
I layered up the decoupage pieces with foam pads.
Then I used various colours of stickles glitter glues to sparkle it up.
