How Glad I Am Card Topper 2

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a pink C5 card, i then using 2mm sticky pads made up the design, i finished my card by placing a cream bow amongst the flowers, the happy birthday sentiment at the top of the card and four flat pearls at each corner, this is a beautiful design, which could be used for almost any ocassion, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
