White Rose Butterfly A5 Locket Card Front
I have designed this card and 3D locket based on a design I have made previously.
The card front measures A5 and this is simply cut out and glued to the the front of any card you have, then you cut out the locket part and attach the end part that has part of the base picture on, this wants to be attached to the matching part of the picture, use a permanent glue/adhesive for that part so it is well glued on.
Then fold the middle section intowards the picture and the locket front the opposite way, these want to be back to back with each other, glue them back to back and you have the lock part completed.
Your card will look as if you have taken ages to make and will impress your friends.

I printed this sheet onto photo paper and folded the locket as indicated and stuck the two pieces together using wet glue and left it to dry.
I then stuck the main piece to a plain white card using silicone glue to add a little height and left it to dry.
When the two pieces where dry I stuck a sentiment to the inside of the locket front with wet glue and stuck the locket, where indicated to the main card using wet glue so the piece would lie flat and left it all to dry.
I photographed the card before finishing off by carefully closing the locket using a bone folder to get a nice crisp edge and help the locket front to lie as flat as possible.
