Printed all elements on 1 sheet CUP 250gsm Gloss Paper and cut using my Silhouette Cameo. Also added shoe as a decoupage element, all of which were affixed using sticky pads.

I printed out twice for extra decoupage and to decoupage the shoe and mounted onto a 7 x 7 cream scalloped edge card.
I decoupaged with sticky pads and added a co-ordinating ribbon bow to finish off
