After printing out this gorgeous sheet I cut out the elements and wondered how I could do it justice. I inked the edges of the base topper with black ink and also around the two sentiment tags I used.
Then mounted the decourpage pieces with foam tape - offsetting the sentiment tags for added dimension. I found a matching green pearlescent cardstock and created the card base - which I adhered the base topper to with DST.
