I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
Vibrant design for this topper. Printed, cut out and layered up. Attached to an A5 scalloped edge card wist DST. Added one of the supplied greetings. To complete used a matching purple.white spot organza ribbon and made a lovely bow . A beautiful card when finished.
