Happy Anniversary Topper
This is such a lovely approx: 8x8ins Topper when made up with pretty butterflies & flowers. There are all the decoupage elements on this sheet for you to be able to make up your card front.

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
I then used the matching blank insert (cup612762_719) and placed this inside to finish the card.
