To my Wonderful Mum
I have designed this as a 8in scallop decoupage topper, and it will look fab on a 8x8inch card. I have included the extra pieces for you to build the topper into a 3D decoupage topper.
I have added a gorgeous sentiment of To my Wonderful Mum that would be suitable for so many occassions, birthdays, Mothers Day etc, stunning colours for a gorgeous card.
