Card Gallery - Purple Roses Happy Birthday 8in Decoupage Topper

I printed the sheet onto good quality white card and cut out the images. I mounted onto a layer of purple card with scalloped edges and then onto my card base using DST. I then added the decoupage with foam pads for a 3D effect. Beautiful design.
