I have designed this as a 8in scallop decoupage topper, and it will look fab on a 8x8inch card. I have included the extra pieces for you to build the topper into a 3D decoupage topper. I have added a gorgeous sentiment for a birthday.

I used a square 8" cream card as a base. I sponged round the edges using a distress ink. I printed out the design then cut out all of the pieces. The main bit I added to the card using raised sticky foam pads.
The smaller elements I decoupaged using silicone glue. A couple of gems were added to the corners for decoration.
