Cream Rose Lilac Happy Returns Scallop 8in Decoupage TopperCompleted by Lesley Earing

I used a square 8" cream card as a base. I sponged round the edges using a distress ink. I printed out the design then cut out all of the pieces. The main bit I added to the card using raised sticky foam pads.

The smaller elements I decoupaged using silicone glue. A couple of gems were added to the corners for decoration.
