Life begins at 40!
I have designed these 8in quick and easy decoupage toppers to work with the 8in decoupage frames, or on their own.
Simply cut out the picture and attach to your card then add the decoupage pieces, either using silicone glue or 3D foam to create a raised effect.

I printed the design twice onto glossy photo paper and on the second topper I cut around the scalloped edge and stuck on top of the first using foam pads.
I layered the magnolias with foam dots and highlighted the stamens and petal edges with a trace of gold glitter glue.
I fixed onto Square cream card stock and used a Happy Birthday sentiment along the bottom.
