Chocolate Magnolia Life Begings at 60! 8in Decoupage Topper

I have designed these 8in quick and easy decoupage toppers to work with the 8in decoupage frames, or on their own.

Simply cut out the picture and attach to your card then add the decoupage pieces, either using silicone glue or 3D foam to create a raised effect.

Matching frame is cup370366_10
