I printed out the design onto crafty bob's premium photo paper. I cut out all of the pieces, then matt and layered it onto some pink scalloped paper and a white scalloped card blank.
I then decoupaged the smaller pieces using silicone glue.
I added a couple of sentiments and gems for decoration.
