I printed out the design onto Crafty Bob's Premium Matte photo paper. I cut out all of the pieces then matt and layered the main bit onto green and blue card before attaching it to an A5 white cardblank.
I decoupaged the smaller elements with silicone glue.
I also added a sentiment for decoration.
