I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I traced around the main image onto a backing paper and attached it to a blue base card at an angle (so as to mimic the decoupage).
I then placed the main image on and added all the decoupage using foam pads before matting two sentiments onto the same colour blue card and the same backing paper.
To finish I added an insert (cup330432_539). Of all the anglers I know I don't think there is one who fish would tremble at the sound of their name!!!!
This card is sure to massage their egos though!
