I placed the base layer of this design onto good quality card stock and decoupaged the remaining elements on top.
I then added one of the greeting tags to the top left.

Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto spotty paper, which I then matted onto white card. I silicone the layers and finished of with a blue insert.
