The image was printed on satin photo paper. A 7 x 7 inch card was covered with a brown spotty paper using dst. The image was attached to the card using dst.
I resized to fit a 6x6 card, printed the topper onto C.B's glossy craft card and the insert onto 160gsm decoupage paper and cut them out, plus the 40 yrs greeting.
I attached the topper to the left of a bright green card wiith DST.
I added shiny purple zig zag borders down the right side. I edged the image with a plain gold border. I added a "swarm of flies " sticker and two more flies stickers to the right border for a bit of fum.
I attached the insert to the left of the inside with DST and added a same size toning paper with the humorous greeting attached with DST to the facing page,so I can write a personalised message.
This is a fun design for anyone with a sense of humour that has one of those "special" ages! It's sure to raise a smile!! it's also very quick to craft!
