I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and added a few pearl embellishments to finish

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. Onto a textured white square card base I matted some turquoise paper and then attached the image over that.
I added a glittery leaf border down one side and scattered faux blue gems here and there. To complete the card I attached a sentiment (from another design) with more gems. This beautiful image will appeal to the fantasy lovers for use on any occasion.
