I cut this topper into 2 sections and mounted onto an easel card I made from blue spotty co-ordinating card.
I used the bottom part of the topper to act as the stopper.
I decoupaged all the pieces using sticky pads and added pearls and a little fine glitter to finish
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A4 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I added glitter to the snow and some red gems around the frame to enhance this gorgeous design.
