Mounted main image onto A5 card with double sided tape and then added the layers with pads. Used glitter glue on fur trims and added the sentment. I made this for my hairdresser so put her initial on the hat but this is suitable for anyone.

I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper, and cut out all the elements. Attached the main image on to a white A5 card using DST, then added the decoupage and sentiment with glue gel.
Added red peel off corners to the bottom of the card to finish.
