I used an 8x8 white card, matted and layered using a pink pattern paper and black glittered cardstock. I decoupaged the layers adding pink rhinestones to the shoes and black to the card and also small silver rhinestones to the handle of the bag.
I cut a strip of black glitter card to the bottom and added a circle punched from a bag and shoe punch to make a border.

Printed this lovely design onto decoupage paper. Placed the main image onto my card with tape and added the layers using foam pads. I added some gems.
