I printed this sheet onto 200gsm card and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. To finish I added an insert. This is yet another of Stella's wise moments.
She knows so much about how life is at the top end.
I placed the base layer of this design onto good quality card stock and then decoupaged the remaining elements on top.
I then added fine clear glitter to the bubbles and gems. To complete the card I placed the matching insert inside.
