I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I mounted the main image onto a lemon linen effect card and added the decoupage using foam pads. I added a purple ribbon across the bottom with the sentiment affixed with foam pads.
The corners of this sheet are decoupaged and they give the picture a wonderful frame.
