a decoupage sheet featuring Chelsea who is a teen diva she is stood with her hand on hip her comment being ..... My room isn't dirty... I just have everything on display like a museum, wow bet my girls wish they had thought of that one lol.

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a bright pink C5 card, i then added a silver border all round the outside edges of the design, also i added a silver corner at the top and bottom right of the design, to finish my card i made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific, fun design for a yound girls birthday, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
