I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to green card, then on to a card covered with polka dot paper. Layered all elements. Added gems and a pearl circle. A great design for teenage girls.
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to black holographic dotted paper, then to white scalloped edge card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with green pearls to corners and clear gems to bow and "STUDY" tile.
A brilliant teenage design.
