Morgan Welsh Cob & Tally New Forest Pony Decoupage Lace Card
Best Friends Morgan the Welsh Cob & Tally the New Forest Pony live with Wendy Foden and are one of ten winning entries in Round Two of the pets Photograph Competition held in May 2011.
Morgan & Tally are surrounded with a pretty decoupaged square frame of lace and will make a simply lovely topper or card front that is so easy to make with step by step numbers.

The base image was attached to a piece of silver mirror card and trimmed to leave a 1cm border on each side. This matted image was stuck to the centre front of an 8", scalloped edge, square card. I then used 2mm deep, double sided foam tape to attach all the lacey pieces in place.
The image itself is so nicely framed with the lace border I didn't use any other embelishments, although gems or glitter could be used if you want.){kind=link}
