I decoupaged this beautiful design and mounted onto silver holographic card. I cut out four corners of the same holographic card and scalloped them and added them to each corner of the card.
Blue heart jewels were added on the design and glitter to finish.

The sheet was printed on to photo paper. The main image was attached to blade pearl card. Silver peel off was used for the borders. the layers were added using foam pads.
