I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to blue quilt pattern card, then to scalloped edge white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with silver ribbon and flower element to top inner corner.
A lovely Easter or sympathy design.

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added glitter and my chosen sentiment. A beautiful design for Easter, and will make a very elegant sympathy card too by changing the sentiment.
