A pretty spinner card with a cute little puppy. I have left the back panel blank for you to write your own greeting. There are two optional sentiment panels, plus a blank one for you to add a peeloff or stamped sentiment of your own.
Drop shadows have been added to make it easier to cut out the pieces.

I cut out all the pieces and then decoupaged the puppy.
After fixing the cocktail sticks in place I glued the two pices together (one upside down) I placed corner peel offs around the puppy and a Happy Birthday sentiment on the stand with green gems attaching it with a foam pad.
I finally secured the card to the stand with foam pads so that it spins.
