Blue Fairy Step by Step
A lovely 5" x 7" card front and additional 3D pieces to add dimension to a card that any girl would cherish.
Add extra glitter to her wings for additional sparkle.

i started with an a4 card folded it to a5. i decoupaged the fairy and added glitter . i then matted and layered the image onto my a5 card. i made the flowers with an embbosing board in blue and silver card, added to the corneres and finished off with a flat backed pearl glued to the flower. this would make any little girl believe in fairies.
I printed the Blue Fairy sheet and cut all the parts out. I also cut the fairy in the base picture out. Next I attached it in a suitable place in GH_Framed_Mystic_Falls.jpg. After this I printed purple.png from Golden glow dark frames set.
I trimmed the frame and background sheet to fit nicely together. Next I attached the decoupage parts with foam pads. I printed the Fairy sheet again to get an extra decoupage level. I decorated the card with gold colored plastic corner decorations, gold colored flatback pearls and blue dew drops.
As a final touch I added glossy accent into the eyes, lips, jewellery and flower centres.
