I mounted onto an 8 x 8 card with a punched border that matched the border in the design and trimmed the edge.
I printed out half size and printed 4 times (2 on a sheet) so that I had plenty of decoupage.
I decoupaged with sticky pads and added a fine gold elasticated bow to the spine to finish off
