I printed onto smooth white card then cut out,I added the base design to green textured card then added to a blank card and mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads,You can't help but smile.
I printed onto smooth card and cut out all the pieces. I used dst to stick the base card onto a card blank and foam pads for the layers lastly added some gems.
