I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I used some silver peel offs on outer edge. I added pink liquid pearls to earrings and necklace. I added white liquid pearls to lace design. Lastly a variety stickles to accent the design
I printed sheet onto smooth card and cut out all the pieces. I used dst to stick the base to a large card blank then foam pads for the layers added some gems a fab card.
