Stella Has Birthday Advice Quick Card
a quick make topper sheet featuring Stella who is just reading her birthday card from her friend the caption being.... Along with this Birthday card is a couple of pieces of advice.
1) Forget about the past...you can't change it!
2) Forget about the present...I didn't get you one!

I placed the base layer of this design onto good quality card stock and then decoupaged the remaining elements on top.
I then added tiny amounts of fine clear glitter to the gems and ear-rings. To complete the card I placed the matching insert inside.
I printed this sheet onto 160gsm card and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. To finish I added stardust stickles to Stella's jewellery.
Another great card from Carol- Stella just seems to go on and on, but you have to admire her and laugh at her comments about life.
