The sheet was printed onto Super Smooth white card and the pieces were cut out. I matted the main image, firstly ont a lilac irridescent paper trimming to a margin of around 7mm, then onto a piece of navy irridescent paper and trimming it to leave around a 3mm border. The matted image was then stuck towards the left hand side of a plain white, tent fold, A5 card. I built up the round pyramid layers using 1mm deep, double sided, foam tape.
I finished off the card by taking a lenth of navy organza ribbon and folding it in half. I put a hole in the empty area on the right of the card, some 1 inch from the top, but a blue brad (colour to match the blue of the peacock breast) through the doubled ribbon, leaving around half an inch towards the top, and put the brad through the whole I'd made to attach the ribbon to the card. I took the two ribbon ends and stuck them inside the card.
