Butterfly Globe Shaker

Use a clear plastic sheet on the first layer,then use foam tape around the edges of the bottom one,then fill with glitter, beads, sequins or whatever will shake, then stick to top layer over the bottom.

Then it's ready to shake. A fun card that would fit any need.
