Over the side card front with step by step decoupage, featuring beautiful tulips.
Creates a special card for Nanna on Mother's Day or birthday.
Simply fold an A4 card in half to make an A5 card.
Stick the topper with the right edge of the letters butted up against the right edge of the card. Cut away the excess card around the letters, to make a shaped edge.
Could also be used as an ordinary topper.
