Both the owl and the floral embellishments are provided as decoupage layers. For a quick card, you could just print sheet 1, add the blank sentiment tag and decoupage the flowers only.

I mounted onto an 8 x 8 card with punched side borders and decoupaged all the pieces using sticky pads.
I added my chosen sentiment to the bottom left and finished off by tying a matching ribbon and ric-rac bow round the spine
I printed on to matte photo paper at half size. I chose a 7x7 card and covered with a twill stripe paper. I then mounted the topper on to a punched mat, and then placed centrally on to my card. Layered all elements.
Added a bow and some sequin blossoms, and finished with a greeting. A gorgeous design to suit a variety of occasions.
I printed the design on a glossy photo paper, attached the design to a colored cardstock , cut out all the elements, and made a 3D with foam pads.
I also added a border sticker all around the card.
