Kit contains main topper, decoupage elements, for those who don't want to do the decoupage I have also included the element so the card can be made as a quick card insert plate, gift tag, and mini card which can be used as a card or gift tag

i cut out all the elements and mounted the main base pic onto gold mirror card with dst then fastened onto main card with dst added the decoupage with sticky pads added peel off corners and a few gems and glitter to finish
I printed sheets onto smooth card and cut out all the pieces. I used dst to stick the base of card to a 8 by 8 card blank, then foam pads for the layers a fab card.
