This is such a pretty and unusual design.I printed out the main sheet and then printed the background on the reverse.I then scored and folded the card.I added the decoupage to the front edge of the card.I then made up the decorative belly band chosing one of the pretty seals.I printed, cut scored and made up the envelope.A lovely design!
