A lovely .pretty card -just right for letting someone know you are thinking of them!I printed this design on to CUP gloss paper.I mounted the base image on to a card blank.I then just added the decoupage elements with foam pads.(My printer ran out of ink for the whole topper but I mounted the top part and it still looks great.)I finished by adding pink card candi.
