I love this black and white design because you can dress it up with all manner of themed embellishments depending on the recipient.
Here I have stayed with a music theme and added a gold music peel-off and a Music word cut from cup146089_56 (Pretty notes MUSIC large DL card front with decoupage).
I also added some gold peel-off scrolls to the bottom edge of the bow to give it more definition.
