Paint the trunk and branches of a tree, provide a stamp pad, any color will do... if it's a Fall wedding, put out red, orange, and yellow, if it's spring, put a green stamp pad,.. etc. Have the guests stamp their thumb, then sign their name. The bride and groom can frame the tree and have a wonderful momento on the wall, as well as a conversation piece!! (Provide a box of tissues, and some alcohol spray for the guests to clean the ink from their finger.) If you are making a large tree on poster board, be sure to make the tree on the matte side of the poster board, so the thumb prints won't smudge.
