Description
I love making these beads. It is simple and easy. Take any strip of fabric, (12 inches or longer) wrap it around a knitting needle or a dowel, and stitch through it to hold all the layers. The longer the strip the thicker the bead will be. Experiment by using all kinds of fabrics....from sheers, cotton, knit and blends. I like to stitch all sorts of things on it. Beads of all sizes, buttons, felt beads, bits of fabric scraps, etc... needles: I like to use a size 10 Sharp. beading thread: I like to use a black nymo in size D
