Description
Here's a simple video for how to cast on, knit, and purl, Continental style. (If you don't know what that means, that's fine.) Emphasis is on showing the small movements that keep the stitches from sliding off, and that the fourth and fifth fingers are the ones that pull the needle after each stitch. Once you've mastered this and the next video about increasing and decreasing, you can do nearly anything! Ribbing, by the way, is knit one purl one or knit two purl two. Then when you knit the next row, it's purl one knit one or purl two knit two (just the opposite).
