Description
In this video, you will learn how to make duct tape ruffles. (You will need 3 x the length of whatever your putting the ruffles on. Ex: my clutch wallet was 8 inches, so you need to start with 24 inches of tape.) You can put these on clutches, accordian wallets, bifolds, purses...just about anything you can think of.
