Well the new year is here and I just hope we have better year than last!

This is our first outing for 2017, we met at Southend seafront to have our new year Breakfast at the Toby Like we normally do.The sun was shining but it was extremely cold and extra clothing was needed, But we had a great time..

There was some new members too which is always a bonus. As you can see by the photo my RS was sitting basking in the sunshine! After Breakfast and after we all looked round the cars we ventured off to the front again for hot donuts..

I love hot sugared donuts lol..Id like to wish all my customers old and new a Happy New Year and hope it brings you everything you require and more!

Oh what a lovely Christmas I had this year! (Some years ago I bought my husband a limited edition Omega 007 James Bond watch..

He always admired them so I thought he would love it if I actually bought him one..

So I did and he owns the Pierce Brosnan 007 Die Another Day Omega Watch) Anyway back to this Christmas..There wasnt anything under the tree for me this year or so I thought..

Christmas Day came and I was inundated with special gifts.. Harry Potter. Star wars but my last present to open was a smallish box...

I opened very carefully as it was wrapped in Red Omega Paper which I didnt really take any notice of till later .... oh dear what a lovely surprise I got when I opened the box.

My own Omega Rose gold and diamond watch..from my lovely husband.. I was absolutely over the moon.Something I will treasure forever, its just beautiful in every way..

Happy New Year to everyone..

Well recently we visited London and done a few things .. One being the Bond in Motion museum ..

My husband just loves James Bond so off we trotted for a surprise visit to the Museum for him to see all the cars and Bond items on display for a very special Birthday he celebrated on the 5th December..

He absolutely loved it! We saw all the cars used and Other bits that were part of the films too...

One being Pierce Brosnans passport and driving licence..He was my fav Bond actor but my husband didnt really have any preference to who played the part.We spent a good couple of hours going round and round and back round to make sure we saw everything there..

The photo this week is one taken at the museum of my youngest Daughter Amber and my twin Granddaughters Ava & Megan of course they had to dress up and pretend they were Bond!We then went off to have Lunch in Steak & Co..

Oh what a superb Steak that was.. Cooked to your own liking on a stone that youre given to cook yourself..

So needless to say it was just perfect!Would Like to Thank everyone of you who have chosen my files this year to make and share with your loved ones...I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year...

I dont know how many of you out there that have experienced the Northern lights but my daughter on her trip to Lapland had some beautiful views..

As you can see by the photo they are so clear and so strong..

She was rather overwhelmed by the spectacular site she saw so much so she face timed me to show me..

However the signal wasnt very good from where she was up the mountain so I didnt really get a good view.She sent me loads of photos though of which this is just one of them...

I have only seen them once and that was a long time ago when we visited Malta and they were not very strong there .. it was a rare occasion to see them there ..

So I have now booked my trip to Lapland next year!

My youngest daughter flew out to Lapland on Wednesday for 4 days..

They were upgraded on the flight to extra leg room seats too which pleased her and her friends, She flew Thomson airways and as she works for them was pleased they gave her the upgrade.They arrived quite early in the day due to a 7am flight but it was starting to get dark again, She told me they only have roughly 4 hours daylight in the winter months..

I dont think I would like that very much living in darkness for half a year!The snow was knee deep so Amber was in her element really, We dont get much snow here and if we do it soon melts away so she really has not seen snow as we used to have it years ago.

She has now done the tobbogan trail which is the largest in the world. They then went on to meet the Reindeers of which you can see just one in the photo.. She has done so much and only been there since Wednesday..

They will be off on a Husky ride on Friday and off the see Santa on Saturday.. in Which I am sure I will have photos for next weeks news..
